'…Pamela introduced me to bees and beekeeping 3 years ago and she helped me to set up two WBC hives in our garden. It has been the most fascinating learning journey and I have loved every moment of it! Bees are just awesome and Pamela is an amazing teacher, thorough and patient and so enthusiastic! Pamela would inspect the bees weekly with me, to show me the various steps and seasonal changes for the bees and what we had to do to look after them in the best way. Pamela also taught me how to use bees wax for candles and how to clean the wax for potentially using it for creams and beauty products. I have also really loved using the propolis and making tinctures with that on my own. Beekeeping is so much more than my brief description above, it’s learning about the smells and sounds of the bees (they can roar!) and feeling their mood! The whole seasonal process has been such a rewarding experience; I highly recommend learning about bees and beekeeping with Pamela. She is amazing!...’
